Come join us for a day of Sacred Pause. For space and time to be still enough for your wild soul to emerge and be trusted once again. Slowing down to roam and be free is both counter cultural and magic! We will offer guided meditations, silence, embodiment, one-on-one spiritual direction, and a closing circle to seal our time together.
