Noticing God With You and In You
Jesus declared that the most important commandment is “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself,” Mark 12:30-31 NIV).
Here is the rub, the degree to which we live into the first commandment will determine the degree with which we are able to live out the second commandment.
God asks us for full immersion into the baptism of Jesus. He desires that we know Him beyond an intellectual Truth and experience Him in the fibers of our being.
During Mind, Body, Soul (MBS) Saturdays, we are inviting an integrated way of opening ourselves up to God. Through a brief time of guided, embodied prayer, making space to listen to our soul, allowing our body to respond to what stirs via artistic expression and then journaling about the process; all while being grounded by God’s in-dwelling Presence – we invite greater knowing of ourselves and of God.
This space is for those open to exploring the various ways in which God is found. MBS Saturdays are for men and women alike. There is no need to be an artist or a creative.
All materials will be provided.
Coffee, tea, water and non-alcoholic mimosas will be included
