Carrying extra rocks in your backpack, heart carrying sharp arrows from actions and words of others, have you said or done things to hurt others. What do we do with this painful, heavy stuff? We are crafting 3 weeks of study of scripture to welcome us into the loving, healing embrace of our Creator. Share some practices and tools to release some of the rocks, remove some of the arrows, start the healing process. Sacred community to journey with.

90 minutes on zoom once a week with practices and tools to use throughout the week, discussion thread on WhatsApp to support each other throughout the week.
