The Ignatian Exercises is a significant commitment in time: 5 – 7 hours of prayer each week, a 9 month journey with a cohort that will meet nine times + 9 hours of video teaching in preparation for the cohort, and nine individual spiritual direction sessions. While thousands of people have undertaken the Spiritual Exercises, this discernment process is designed to help you discern the space and desire for engaging in this prayer pilgrimage.
This individual discernment process opens July 1 and is available to begin through Sept 1.
Over a four to six week period, “Exploring God’s Love for You” will invite you into the practice and rhythm of praying with the structure of the Ignatian Exercises. Through one-on-once conversation, we will contemplate your experience of the scriptures and prayer structure to discern if this fits within your current life rhythms and soul desires. Cost includes prayer materials, and 3-4 exploratory/discernment conversations. Cost $150.
