✨ Updated & More Accessible – Helpers Circle ✨

Two Peregrini Anam Cara spiritual directors, Rachel Reed and Devany Bourdo are offering a renewed space for helpers, with an updated time beginning on April 6th.

For spiritual directors, caregivers, therapists, teachers, pastors, and guides, the Helpers Circle is a place to pause, replenish, and be held in return. Through gentle somatic practice, shared silence, and deep listening, participants will nurture themselves so they can continue to show up for others with presence and care.
