Moving With the Mystics: Embodied Faith Mini-Retreats
This summer, we invite you to Move with the Mystics. During our Embodied Faith mini-retreats, we will lean into the wisdom of women who walked in this world—in some ways vastly different from our own, and yet in some ways remarkably similar!
At each retreat, we will weave in and out of moving our body, contemplation, conversation, while leaning on the wisdom of different Christian Mystics: Thérèse of Lisieux, Hildegard of Bingen, and Etty Hillesum.

Our virtual mini-retreats are a great way to join Embodied Faith for the first time or continue your practice between Cohorts.
We warmly welcome all bodies, abilities, and disabilities. Movement can happen in very different and equally valuable ways. The virtual mini-retreats are designed to be inclusive, ensuring that everyone can participate and feel valued in their unique journey.
For your convenience, each retreat is offered at two different times. This flexibility allows you to choose the time that best suits your schedule. Further, retreats will be recorded if you can attend live.
